Ok, I knew I would have back pain, for one, I’ve lived with back pain all my life. Two, it’s common after pregnancy to have back pain. But, there is not one single way I can sleep comfortably. I wake up and can’t even move for a few minutes, and even then I have to bite my lip and force myself up. If I kneel down, it’s even hard to get up from that. I did have an epidural, could all this be caused from the epidural? I mean, my son is 3 months now, I would of thought the pain would have eased up at least a little by now.

Do go to your gp or doctor or get an appointment with a phsiotherapist. It need not be from the epidural.

My son is 6 months now and I had back troubles before I got pregnant and then during the pregnancy my back got so bad I could not even walk due to the pain. I had an MRI after wards and discovered I have a herniated disk it took a while but it is better I have went thought 3 epidural steroid injections and I am going through physical therapy now to make my back stronger so I don’t have to have surgery.

The only thing that helped till I started the injections was percocet which dried up my breast milk.

You really need to see your primary care Dr. to find out just what kind of problem you have so you can get on the floor and play with your son since I waited my son was actually behind when it came to rolling over and still doesn’t crawl but he is catching up don’t let this happen to you.

Get it taken care of now before it gets worse!!
