upper back/neck pain! please help desperate for help?

You should go see your doctor or go to the Emergency Room. Everyone on here could try and guess what it is, but you’re not really going to know unless you go see someone.

Muscular pain is not caused by lung cancer, and when something is wrong with the spinal cord, it affects all nerves downstream, so you can rule these two things out as possible causes. You probably have a vertebra out of alignment, or have a pulled muscle - both of these things are often related.
A visit to a chiropractor would be a good idea - they are very effective at finding and correcting these types of problems.
