A cyst or possibly endometriosis. Go see your GYN.

It may be an ovarian cyst. Talk to your doctor about it.

Could be anything from an appendicitis to ovarian cysts to endometriosis to irritable bowl disease to uteran cancer to a million different things. Get in a see your OB/GYN and discuss it with him.
