I am about 19 weeks pregnant, and have barely begun to show, and have only gained a minimal 5 pounds. For a few weeks now I have had a sharp pain in my lower back toward my right side inbetween my lower back and buttocks, that radiated to the right cheek. The pain is sharp, and it makes sudden movements and walking difficult. I feel like I am 8 months pregnant when this pain comes on. It is not eveyday that I feel this, but when I do, It is really uncomfortable. This is my second pregnancy and I felt this same pain with my daughter but that was when I was 6 or 7 months pregnant and had gained and enormous 30 some pounds by then. I don’t know why I would feel this way now. Secondly, my pelvis feels very weak at times. Most often the weakness accompanies the pain in my back. My pelvis will feel weak and achy. Any idea why more lower body is feakin’ out so early on.

I am 29 yrs old and for three months I have had a twinge of pain in my lower left abdomen. The pain only flares up for a few seconds and goes away. This happens three to ten times a day and only three to five days a week. It is not a crippling pain but is different from any pain I have ever had. It feels like a pulled muscle but deeper like gas pain and when it flares if I crunch up or double over it gets worse.

I told my Doctor and she thinks it’s a Fascia injury. I don’t know if I buy that. I mean I have never herd of fascia. My bowl movements are the same I feel fine but now I am getting the same pain in my lower left/ middle back and up my side too now. Anyone else had this pain or know what it is?

I have had it for quite some time now about a year and its a dull pain and when I drink more water it goes away. I don’t see how it could be that bad because im healthy and 17. I do take Meds maybe this is contributing. and last should I sleep in a different position. I sleep on my right but it hurts on my left.(not serious enough that I need pain killers)

The pain however is worse lately and is more like a pinching pain, that hurts really bad, but it is sharp, comes fast/leaves fast. I haven’t lifted anything heavy. I’ve also been haing abdominal pain, went to the ER for that, they tested me for gallstones (did an ultrasound), and it was negative. All these pains are driving me crazy! I am always weak and lack energy too!

My hip has been bothering me for 2 months. I went to the bone doctor and he told me it would be better in 6 weeks if I didn’t do any activities, which i didn’t. I ran 6 weeks later with the same pain I was in before. My right side of my lower back also hurts, could my hip and lower back be connected. I can run through the back pain, its my hip thats really bothering me. Does anyone know what this is, or what I should do to treat my hip?
sry guess i didn’t make it clear im 16 years old and hurt my hip playing soccer. I don’t think 16 yr olds get sciatica?
At what point do I need a hip transplant? how much longer should I wait?
