I think your spine is out of alinement and a trip to see a good Chiropractor would do wonders for you.

Arthamathesendrasan & Dhanurasan Yoga exercises would be sufficient to cure your problem. Do these two exercise immediately after you go to toilet and before breakfast because both you lower abdomen and the stomach should be empty while you do these exercise. Do them regularly everyday with confidence and you can feel the difference from the 3rd onwards. All the best. For doing these exercise take the help of internet where many have contributed how to do them.

I have “Degenerative Disc Disease” and Lumbar Stenosis, so I think I may be able to help you out *laughs*. By far, THE ABSOLUTE BEST stretch for me goes like this:
Lie down on your back with your knees bent, as if you are preparing to do a sit-up. Starting with the left leg, cross it over your right knee, so that your left foot is resting on the top of your right thigh just above the knee-cap. Gently rock your hips back so that your right foot comes off of the floor. Reach through the little *space* between your left leg (that is crossed over) and gently hold onto your right calf. Now, while still holding onto your right calf, pull back on it until you feel a stretch. You’ll feel it in the left part of your hip/butt/lower back. Hold this position for a minute or so, and then repeat with the other side.
I apologize if this is confusing. Sometimes its far easier to *show* someone how something is done, rather than to type it out…but alas…Yahoo! Answers is type-only, lol.

One common lower back exercise that can relieve most types of acute back pain is the pelvic tilt. It relieves pressure on the facet joints and gently stretches the muscles and ligaments of the back.
